What we do.

Six trades. The scope items listed here come from work we have already completed.

Civil works.

Concrete roadways, industrial slabs-on-grade, retaining walls, catch basins and finishes.

This is the work we have done most: it appears in nearly every project on our record, from industrial buildings and parks to retail stores, clinics, a hospital and a gas pipeline. We pour concrete roadways, industrial slabs-on-grade, curbs and sidewalks. We build perimeter and retaining walls, catch basins, manholes, ramps and cisterns, and we deliver with finishes in place.

At the Gasoducto Libramiento Reynosa pipeline, roadways were built with f'c = 250 kg/cm² concrete (approx. 3,500 psi) and pipe supports covered diameters from 2 to 36 inches.

Projects where we did this work

Steel fabrication and miscellaneous metals.

General steel fabrication for industrial buildings, retail stores and infrastructure: frames, bar grating and miscellaneous metals.

Steel fabrication goes hand in hand with our civil works on most of our projects: Hospiten, Home Depot Lincoln, Nave Rochester, Club Alpino Chipinque, Elektra, Nave Dicex and the industrial parks where we worked for COPACHISA, among others.

At the Gasoducto Libramiento Reynosa pipeline we supplied and installed frames and steel bar grating on the storm drain catch basins at Estación Anzalduas and Terminal K19.

Projects where we did this work

Excavation and demolition.

Foundation excavation and building demolition with company-owned equipment.

In Los Cabos we excavated for the foundations of new hotel buildings and demolished the existing building by excavator, for De la Peña Ingenieros México.

The company owns a Caterpillar 330 excavator and a Caterpillar backhoe loader, a skid steer loader, a padfoot vibratory compactor, a compaction roller and a total station.

  • Excavation for building foundations
  • Demolition of an existing building by excavator

Plumbing, sanitary and HVAC.

Plumbing, sanitary and HVAC installations, from supply through commissioning.

At Estación Anzalduas and Terminal 02 of the Gasoducto Libramiento Reynosa pipeline we supplied, installed, connected and commissioned plumbing and sanitary piping, fittings and equipment. At Terminal 02 the scope included HVAC, and at all three sites we carried out pipe encasement.

In Reynosa we also rehabilitated a sanitary sewer at Dren El Anhelo, for CKT Edificaciones.

Aluminum doors, windows and glazing.

Aluminum doors and windows and galvanized roll-up doors, supplied and installed.

At the Gasoducto Libramiento Reynosa pipeline we supplied and installed white aluminum doors and windows in the service rooms at Estación Anzalduas and Terminal K19. At Terminal K19 we also installed galvanized roll-up doors.

This work was carried out at the same sites as the civil works, steel fabrication and painting.

Painting.

Painting of buildings, guard booths, curbs and pipe supports, plus sign lettering.

At the Gasoducto Libramiento Reynosa pipeline we supplied and applied paint at all three sites: the Terminal 02 administration building, service rooms, guard booths, curbs and pipe supports.

The scope included sign lettering.
