Edificaciones Azai S.A. de C.V., domiciled in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico, is the controller of the personal data you provide on this website, under Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Data we collect

The contact form asks for your name, the company you work for, your email address, your phone number, the reason for your message, the project location, the type of work and the message you write.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include any in your message.

How we use it

We use your data for a single purpose: to reply to your request for a quote, for documentation or for information, and to follow up on it.

We do not use it to send you advertising or for any other purpose.

Data transfers

We do not sell, assign or transfer your data to third parties, unless a competent authority requires it under the law.

Your message is sent and stored using technology providers that process the data on behalf of Edificaciones Azai and only for that purpose.

If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on that platform and is also governed by its terms.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows from it. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

You may access, correct or cancel your data, or object to its processing (known in Mexico as ARCO rights). You may also withdraw your consent or limit how the data is used.

To do so, send an email stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and the data it concerns. We will reply within 20 business days.
